Open Thread: Tree "Stealing"

And even though it didn't end up being "stolen," it is worth thinking about: what would you do if you went outside and a beloved tree had been dug up and removed? 

Also, now that the ginkos are really popping, is there anywhere you're going to see the last of the fall leaves? Any plans to safely socialize outside as Covid spreads?
